The Company
First of all we are a community. Reflection Media was born out of passion. Passion for beauty, for simple things, for clarity and utility. These are the things that reflect our work and which we try to transpose on the web.
What we do?
We solve problems. Even if you are in search of a simple online presence, or trying to develop a business in this area, eventually looking for a new and strong visual identity, or just trying to vitalize or reposition your brand, you came to the right place.
The Team
Madalin Ungureanu (25) is responsible of programing and development.
He's always been passionate about creating and shaping new things and Reflection Media is the perfect environment for that. Ambitious, focused and determined he's on the path to becoming a codecrafter.
He likes to think of himself as a gamer and he is willing to take you on any time in a game of Quake Live or Starcraft. Some other passions are reading (especially sci-fi novels), movies (over 1000 seen so far, yes he keeps a list) and music, rock being one of his favorite genres (Metallica rules!).
Adrian Spiac (26) is a web enthusiast and personal development fan which kind of reflects it's competitive nature.
He met Cristian in college, where they first teamed up and worked on several multimedia projects. That point took them to founding this company, a few months later.
He's responsible of business development, so he's all into strategy and planning. He likes to measure and track things, permanently testing and seeking ways to reach automation. He's found of marketing and customer development and enjoys discovering and studying new ways to trigger customer actions. He also handles client work and sometimes development.
Adrian is all about developing passions. He's a book lover and collector, which turned him into a loyal Amazon customer. He has a huge passion for basketball, that started in elementary school and still haunts him. He's also a passionate angler, deeply in love with nature and outdoor activities.
Anca Varsandan (29) is a Graphic Designer living in Timisoara, Romania. She studied at The Fine Arts University and has a Master's Degree in Marketing and Visual Communications.
She started working in web design with Cristian 4 years ago, mostly learning stuff all by herself.
She usually thinks in pixels and as a part of our team she makes everything look nice and usable and likes projects that challenge her. Using her creative abilities she is more than capable of creating new and fresh websites.
She is specialized in web and identity design.
She is also passionate about photography and her spare time is dedicated to that. She has been featured on blogs and recently gave her first interview.
Cristian Antohe (27) is living in Timisoara together with his wife and their daughter. He’s a sci-fi fan and loves Star Trek ( so far he’s watched all the series and his favorite character is Jean-Luc Picard ).
In Reflection Media he’s responsible of design, development and client work task, but if he could choose to do just one of these things it would be design.
He started as a web-developer over 4 years ago and learned the tools of the trade mostly all by himself.
Most of his spare time is spent with his family and friends and occasionally likes to read www.physorg.com and www.anandtech.com
Gabriel Barina (22) is the newest addition to our team.
He handles programming, playing a key role in the development of our Profile Builder plugin.
His passion for the web started in high-school while creating a website for his Programmer's Degree, and now at Reflection Media he can continue down this road. Learning new things and overcoming obstacles, he is open for ideas and suggestions which lead to better products.
Living in Timisoara, he is currently attending The "Politehnica" University of Timisoara. In his spare time he watches and collects movies and TV-series, listens to music and is a fanatic gamer, World of Warcraft topping the list.
