After the really good response I&#8217;ve got from the community regarding the <a href="http://www.cozmoslabs.com/2008/10/25/byty-free-child-theme-built-thematic/">Byty Child Theme</a> and the <a href="http://www.cozmoslabs.com/2008/12/17/replacing-the-thematic-menu-with-a-dropdown-list-of-categories/">CatDrop Child Theme</a> over at cozmoslabs.com I wanted to develop more Child Themes and release them for free.</p>
<p>With a touch of purple and green, this simple theme would look lovely on any personal blog. I&#8217;ve removed the top menu so if you need it you&#8217;ll have to add the &#8220;Pages&#8221; Widget to the left side of the theme.</p>
<div id="preview_download"><a href="http://www.cozmoslabs.com/projects/wp/?theme=crystalline" target="_blank"><img class="size-full wp-image-163" title="preview_btn" src="http://www.reflectionmedia.ro/wp-content/uploads/2009/01/preview_btn.gif" alt="Preview Child Theme" width="97" height="97" /></a><a class="downloadlink dlimg" href="http://www.reflectionmedia.ro/wp-content/plugins/download-monitor/download.php?id=1" title="Version 1.1 downloaded 1280 times" ><img src="http://www.reflectionmedia.ro/wp-content/plugins/download-monitor/img/download.gif" alt="Download Crystalline Child Theme Version 1.1" /></a></div>
<div id="showcase_blogs">In order to install it you have to download the <a href="http://themeshaper.com/thematic-for-wordpress/">Thematic Theme</a> (from which this child theme inherits all of the functionality), upload both themes (Crystalline and Thematic) to your server in the themes folder AND THEN ACTIVATE the Crystalline theme.</div>
<p>I would appreciate your feedback and if you find bugs please add a comment so I can fix them!</p>
<p>I hope you enjoy using this theme as much as I enjoyed developing it!</p>
